Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.

Fully equipped apartment with separate entrance off street. Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 3 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.

Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.
