The kitchen, washer/dryer, and both charcoal and gas grills add convenience. Pool is maintained at 80°F from Mar 1–Nov 30. Higher-temp heating available on request at $4 per °F/day (e.g., 84°F = $16/day; 24–48 hr notice). Dec 1–Feb 28: heating only by request—message to calculate cost.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit.
