GLAMPING AND CAMPING - Unique glamping and camping options available This is ideal for 2 people, the tent consists of a double bed ( bedding supplied by yourselves) battery operated candles and lights, rugs, and bed side cabinets. Outdoor space, fire pit, bbq, with table and chairs on the decking, another table and chairs in your own private area and a portable loo at an addition charge. Air beds can be supplied for children at an extra charge. There is a communal bbq close by. Wood to be collect by yourselves and utensils supplied by the campers. Luxurious 5 metre bell tent with proper double bed, heating, lighting and cooking facilities nestled high up on the North Downs affording spectacular views over the London skyline. With only the sheep for company you'll have exclusive use of a farmers 20 acre field with woodland and not another person in sight. Facilities include a large fire pit, eco-shower and toilet, hammock and swing. There's parking on site and a mainline London station only 5 minutes away by car. Extra tents available.

We are a smallholding with alpacas, some sheep, chickens, a turkey, and elderly pony, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest for those who look properly.

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Luxury Mulberry Tent & free LGW parking

Our Mulberry safari tent is furnished to a high standard with all bedding and towels provided. We are just 10 minutes from Gatwick and offer free airport parking. The tent sleeps 6 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living room with dining table and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. There is a lovely decking area with an outside table, as well as your own fire pit and BBQ. For larger groups we have a second identical tent.

Each tent has kingsize airbed and two singles if required, all fitted with duvet, pillows and bed linen; two chairs and a mat for use in or outside. Quiet area with four other bell tents. Shared use of shower, wash basins, portaloo, camp kitchen with sink and kettle, tables and chairs. Outside spaces for children to play in and a big sky to watch the clouds drift by, the sun rise and the stars twinkle as you relax

Woodland hangout in flying tent

Our first flying tent in the trees has been such a hit that we’ve set up a second nearby. Nestled in a tiny pocket of rare Sussex wet woodland, this tent floats above the ground, offering an amazing sense of peace among the foliage. Watch horses graze across the stream, hear steam trains puff up the line, make dinner in your outdoor kitchen and toast marshmallows over the fire pit, before climbing into your floating bed and drifting off to the hoot of owls.
