Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.
