The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the train station, 10 minute walk to county cricket ground & a short drive to J25 M5 motorway. There are a number of stunning hills, forests, & coastlines to explore not forgetting the opportunity to reward yourself with a local cream tea! All within an easy drive.

Westcroft Lodge is the perfect escape for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Somerset. An ideal getaway for those who enjoy the countryside, walking, cycling or simply stargazing. Specious, open plan kitchen and living area with a sliding door leading to the patio area. Modern kitchen fitted with appliances and fully equipped with a range of utensils and accessories.

We are also ideally placed for exploring market towns and gardens and National Trust properties in South Somerset and Dorset. The Dorset World Heritage Coast, Lyme Regis and West bay are just a 35 mins drive away.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Dunkery is situated on the fringe of Exmoor National Park in a quiet and elevated location within Minehead. Dunkery is a family and dog friendly three bedroom, self-catered holiday bungalow with north facing views across North Hill. The property has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, perfect for walkers, romantic escapes and family breaks. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.

This very spacious self catering property is an attached annex with two seperate entrances located just off the A39 on the outskirts of Minehead . Totally self contained, it comprises a kitchen, bedroom, shower room, hall, exceptionally large lounge and a porch with seating and hooks for coats umbrellas etc. Set within secluded countryside and adjoining the Exmoor National Park with great views from the windows .

Near the Somerset and Devon border, 10 minutes from the town of Wellington. Ideal for exploring both counties, the North and South Coasts as well as Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills.
