It’s the perfect home base for exploring Vancouver while enjoying the peace and serenity of North Vancouver. Spend your days hiking nearby trails, kayaking in the cove, or strolling through the charming village before returning to a quiet retreat. This suite offers the best of both nature and city access.

Relax on your private patio after visiting the lakes/ beaches, or shopping in the cove. Wifi TV w/Firestick. Queen bed. Note we are a 45 min walk uphill from the ferry. This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. The ski hills, golf courses and downtown Vancouver are all a short drive away. Or you may just want to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the books we have provided.

The cabin is 1,000 sq.ft. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room w/ sofa bed, full kitchen, large patio, and private hot tub. Sleeps 4 adults & 2 kids. There’s no better place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to soak in the views!

No private entrance, stove, or oven. Ramp+ stairs= Huge Suitcases are not possible! Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.
