Situated in the beautiful Norfolk village of Shouldham, Park Lane provides the perfect blend of location, style and comfort. Here you are well positioned to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest, Norwich and King’s Lynn. Alternatively take a 10-minute stroll to Shouldham Warren, which offers stunning views across the fens. After, visit the King’s Arms pub. Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Deep in the heart of Norfolk this much loved holiday home is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life. WOODLANDS is a modern cottage with traditional touches, it has large light-filled living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families as well as couples wanting a little more space or friends looking to relax and unwind. Woodland walks and cycle rides are on your doorstep and a wood burner ensures you'll be cosy on cooler nights. Well behaved dogs welcome (2 max).

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

The old wash house

A rejuvenated listed old wash house in the picturesque Norfolk countryside village of Denver. This small space sleeps 2 on a small double fold up bed/sofa to utilise the space we have, the room has its own shower/toilet facilities in the corner of the room, tea/coffee, kettle, towels, shampoo. Lots of walks and close to Denver sluice, Denver windmill, pub, shop and Downham market’s amenities. Pet friendly, large garden shared with us. Access via the garden gate and key safe.

Finches 2BR forest cottage next to lake & beach

The Finches luxury forest retreat is located in the heart of Thetford Forest. This stylish cottage has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Don't forget to bring your bike and get exploring!

The Hide,

Unwind in a tranquil, fully equipped accommodation surrounded by stunning countryside and charming river vistas just outside your door. This versatile property caters to couples or small families, offering both seclusion and convenience. Nestled in a peaceful setting, yet close to Downham Market. Aptly named "Hide" after a bird hide, it's a testament to the abundant wildlife in the area, with Welney nearby offering prime birdwatching opportunities for various species.

My converted barn is in Snetterton village, ideal for Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridge. Located down a no through country road, but with the A11 just two mins away you will not believe how secluded you feel tucked away from the world The room is bright & spacious, with walk in en suite shower, with food prep area and has direct access onto the garden & patio area. You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Cosy cottage on organic family smallholding

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Bespoke 4 berth Cabin

This 4 berth cabin has an open plan layout which features a kitchenette, dining table, fixed double bed, pull out sofa bed and a door leading to the bathroom with full size shower. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave with grill and undercounter fridge. Charcoal Barbecues & Fire Pits available upon request. Bedding is provided, please bring your own towels.

Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
