Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Deze tussenwoning maakt deel uit van het woongedeelte van onze boerderij ( melkveebedrijf ) , en is gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met rondom schitterend uitzicht op de omringende weilanden en het unieke 5* heuvellandschap. Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

Appartement Bouton d’or ligt in een schitterende heuvellandschap. Waar zich vroeger het gemeentehuis bevond, staan nu comfortabele boxsprings voor een goede nachtrust. Je zult genieten van mijn plek vanwege het prachtige uitzicht op de weides met hoogstamfruit Maar je bent ook in een half uur in Maastricht, Liege, Spa of Aachen.

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
