Our private property offers 120 feet of sandy beach with gradual slope into the water and beautiful underwater sandbars right out in front. Situated on a narrow private lane way, this cottage is close enough to town for convenient shopping yet is nestled into a friendly rural cottage community.

Tinyhome situated 10 min to Thornbury and Meaford, and 20 min from Blue Mountain Village, nestled a country/residential area so it is quiet and dark at night. Has all the basic comforts including spacious 3 piece bathroom. Close drive to beaches and many hikes and cross country ski trails in the area. It is also a 15 minute drive from Beaver Valley Ski Club and a number of different cideries. Shared heated pool available for the summer months. Window Aircon/pool opens end of May or June.

Spend the day exploring and come home to this fully equipped space to relax. Located steps from the beach and trails, and close to the centre of town, great restaurants, Meaford Hall, Bruce Trail and skiing. We love dogs! There's a fenced in dog park and a leash free beach steps from our place . That same park and its trails are leash free from November - April. For peace of mind and convenience, we provide free on-site parking and a universal EV charger for those who may require it.
