The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Very quiet and private villa nestled among olive groves with stunning views across the valley. Guests have exclusive use of the pool and can enjoy a garden with multiple areas to relax. The "Pino" house is the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, and the Cinque Terre. This spacious 5-room home, spread over 2 levels, features a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue area with a pizza oven—perfect for families with children.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
