Beautiful apartment of about 100 square meters, bright, with Lungarno view, strategically located close to major arterial roads, less than 2km from Railway Station and Tower, 3km from the airport, 10km from the sea, the old town can be easily reached on foot.   The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of quiet building and comprises: entrance hall, kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and window, two terraces, one of which has a view of the Arno River and the historians Lungarni.   Ability to use a reserved parking space indoors. Internet WI-FI, TV, washing machine, linen (sheets and towels), heating, hot water, hair dryer and iron. In the immediate vicinity are: post office, bank, pharmacy, bars, shops, 2 supermarkets, shopping center, gym, bus stop.
