An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Our country oasis has a cascading valley and big skies views, amid embracing seasonal gardens. Close to southeast Ohio's recreation, hiking, dining, history, and loads of serenity. The Milk House Cottage is a great venue to just unwind. A favorite venue for a friend's getaway or special occasion.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Our apartment is newly remodeled and features exposed brick walls throughout the apartment, lots of natural light, as well as a comfortable queen bed, a full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. We include a parking space for the lot directly across from the apartment as well.

the House on the Hill

Welcome to the House on the Hill, it locates nice neighborhood in a nice small town Marietta Ohio. It just 3 mins walks to the Lookout Point where you can see the whole city of Marietta, 5mins drive to downtown Marietta, 10 mins drive to Walmart. Early Check-in and late Check-out can be arranged based on the last and coming guest. The house has no kids between 2 to 12 years old rule, due to safety concern, the house is located beside a curved uphill road.

Parkview House on the River

Parkview House is the premier Airbnb destination nestled in downtown Marietta with a view of Muskingum Park and Muskingum River from the porch. Located within easy walking distance of desired shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and more! This spacious, historic home was built over 100 years ago, with incredible details throughout. The quiet neighborhood has a large city park with riverside bike/walking trail just steps from the front door.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home in the Historic Harmar Village.
