Casa Pineta Elba, a pochi passi dal mare

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa Sofema sul mare con Wifi

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Nel residence ci sono un bar e un ristorante aperti d'estate Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. Sconto traghetto.

Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Il nostro appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalle spiagge, dal centro del paese ( Marciana Marina ) e vicino a tutti i servizi (supermercato, bar, banca, bancomat, pizzeria, benzinaio, ferramenta, farmacia, ufficio postale, parrucchiere, barbiere, fermata bus),il tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La sua vicinanza al mare lo rende perfetto per chi non vuole spostarsi in auto. E' dotato di di un parcheggio privato, sotto casa, all'interno della proprietà.

Villa Issopo è situata in SPLENDIDA POSIZIONE PANORAMICA sull’estrema costa occidentale dell’isola d’Elba. Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. La Casa di Laura, Isola d'Elba

sul lungomare del Cavo, in posizione unica, mansarda di nuova costruzione con travi a vista, estremamente luminosa, con ampia terrazza ombrosa affacciata sul mare; grandi spazi esterni, a pochi passi dal paese e dal delizioso porto turistico. La spiaggia antistante è libera mentre poco più in la c è un piccolo bagno dotato di lettini e ombrelloni e nei pressi si possono noleggiare bici, motorini, auto e gommoni.

A historic Tonnara dating back to 1840 built on a small rocky promontory, overlooking the quiet Bagno beach. Surrounded by a private park, the apartment is suitable for up to 6 adults plus 2 children in the mezzanine and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. A large terrace, with dining table, deckchairs and barbecue, allows you to enjoy the house inside and out.

Villa Vista Elba island

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.

A rustic Elban house full of history right on the beach, immersed in a flower garden with fruit trees and direct access to the Bagno beach. Three bedrooms with seven beds in total, three bathrooms and large terraces all around. Independent access from the road with closed parking suitable for two cars. NO WIFI

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
