Lovely apartment situated in the historic center of Manerba del Garda (Fraz Montinelle), 800 meters from the beaches. Located on the first floor of a house built in 1600, which is accessed via a ladder. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower and a sitting room with sofa bed (a bed) and an armchair. A dining room with a table for 6 people and with French doors that overlooks the inner courtyard balcony, a separate fitted kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Availability of laundry with washing machine and separate laundry on the ground floor. Room to store bikes. The apartment is 10 m from the square from where buses depart for Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. At 10 meters away you will find: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butcher and pharmacy. TV: italian, english, french, spanish, US and german channels are available. There is a free parking just in fronte ofthe house, which is available from 19:00 to 8:00 of the day after. you can leave the in the other hours for half an hour (parking disc) At 100 m there is a free parking (day and night).

In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy).
