This studio apartment is located on the first floor, on the southwest side of the house.
There is one (1) room,mini-kitchen, bathroom, TV-SAT, air conditioner and spacious terrace of eighteen (18) square meters. This apartment also has a separate entrance.
Just 4 km from the town of Hvar, on the south side of the island, there is our little village - Milna.
It is a typical Mediterranean place that is famous for a hard-working and friendly people who nearly all have the same surname - Tudor.
Milna is also a place with beautiful pebble beaches, wooded and gentle coastline covered with pine trees, agaves, vineyards, olive groves and orchards.
Two beaches are in place and the other two are located a little further and because of that distant locations, they offer more peaceful and private atmosphere.
The beaches are pebbly, only one of them is partially sandy and it is ideal even for families with small children.
Our house is located on the hill, about 150 meters from the sea in a secluded (there is only one house in the neighborhood).
Because of that, this is an oasis of peace where you can breathe deeply and enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.
There is no smog, noise from cars, restaurants or bars.
If you want to "recharge the batteries", treat yourself, come with us and enjoy the view of the crystal blue sea and the crickets song.
In the evening, relax on the terrace with a glass of home made wine, listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy the romance of the lunar glare.
On the other hand, if you want to party, the city of Hvar is offering a vibrant nightlife and we are only 5 minutes away by car.

We also have wireless as well as parking for our guests (it's free).
There is a grill next to the house that you can use.
You can also try and buy home made wine, prosek (dessert wine) and olive oil.
All of these are products of our family. We produce it in small quantities, only for our guests and friends but all of them are of excellent quality .
If you choose our place, my family and I will make sure your holiday is as pleasant as possible.
We live in a house where rent apartments and we are at your disposal at any time of day or night.

Our apartments are located about 200 meters from the newsstand, small market and restaurants where you can taste a variety of meet and fish dishes.
If you want to bring a touch of adventure, satisfy your adventurous spirit with a jeep safari, climbing, windsurfing, para-sailing, hiking or cycling.
If you are a nature lover, you have to see the famous landscape of blooming lavender fields.
The island has many interesting places to see;
beautiful city of Hvar, Stari Grad which is the oldest town on the island and also one of the oldest on the Adriatic, Jelsa, Vrboska, Sveta Nedjelja or Malo Grablje - abandoned village of origin for the Tudors.
Of course, there are unavoidable Pakleni islands and you can go there by boat from Hvar.
We can call the taxi for you or if you want to rent a boat, a car or scooter, we will connect you with trusted people whom we work with.
