Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers/week). N.B.
