Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch, tvättställ, wc och tvätt kombinerad torktumlare. Loftet har två 90 cm madrasser. Fin uteplats med möjlighet till avkoppling och grill.

I Ale kommun finns det golf, vandringsstigar, cykelvägar, paddlingsmöjligheter, fiskevatten mm.

Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.
