There is a double room with en-suite and a luxurious kingsize bed. There is also a twin room with 2 high quality single beds. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining table by the bay window overlooking the valley. There is also a contemporary bathroom with bath & shower over. Private entrance, parking for 1 car and outside dining area.

Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

It is set within the Exmoor National park and the moors are literally on your doorstep. It has a dog proof garden and a doggy play barn. The garden has outside table and chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful views over the moorland on one side and the sea on the other. We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
