Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes in The New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but hosts are close by to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm with a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Welcome to Homewood Cabin. This gorgeous retreat is nestled away in our spacious garden, yet out of the view from the main house. You will feel totally secluded with your own entrance, private garden and patios. Barton on Sea counts many fabulous restaurants which are all within a 5 walk. The beautiful beach is very dog friendly all year round and we are only one road away from the stunning cliff top. You can hear the sea from the cabin. The New Forest National Park is within a 10 min. drive

The Pigsty

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. A chic cabin tucked away in one of the most secret and unspoilt corners of the New Forest National Park, only a stroll from the sea, with forest walks on its doorstep and one of the best local pubs in the area. A light continental breakfast is included. Close by is the Georgian sailing town of Lymington with its marinas, cobbled streets and restaurants (7 mins by car), Lymington Pier Station and I.O.W. Ferry (5-mins), and Beaulieu (12-mins).

The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage.

The Studio at Trees

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.

The Keep at Greenshadows

The Keep is tastefully furnished, spacious and enjoys privacy within the grounds of the main house above the owners car port. It is accessed via its own private staircase and affords stunning views over fields to the rear of the property. Accommodates two adults although there is also a sofa bed which would suit a child over 12 years of age.
