Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

1066 Hastings House

A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 4 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom, enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.
