Welcome & thank you for considering a stay at Tiles farm, located near Chesham in the heart of the Chilterns. Our annex provides a light & modern place to explore, relax or simply somewhere to stay for work. The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. There is a compact kitchen with hob, fridge & microwave/oven. There is a private bathroom with small shower

The Stables

Nestled within the Chilterns and a separate outbuilding in a secluded part of private farmland. The Stables is very close to both Berkhamsted and Chesham train stations. Guests staying at The Stables will also be able to enjoy their own private outdoor garden space. The accomodation has one bedroom with a double bed and also a double sofa bed in the main living space. There is a work/study table and high speed internet. There is also air-conditioning throughout for both heating and cooling.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Easy driving distance to Harry Potter Studios, Roald Dahl museum, Whipsnade Zoo, Windsor Castle and Bekonscott model village. In the Chilterns. Easy access to the M1, M40, M25 and A41.

It is a fully self-contained basement apartment, its open plan with a lounge area, dining area, bedroom with its own en suite shower room. It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure.

The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.
