Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Our residence is located right at the foot of the Kronplatz ski slopes for your immediate access to an idyllic day's skiing. Park your car in our underground garage and then take the free ski-bus to the chairlift/cable car just 500 m away (the bus stops right at our door). If you feel like spending the day in Bruneck instead, there's a bus every half hour , Our studios are ideal for 2 - 3 persons. An additional sofa bed may also offer space for another person. The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. On request (for a small surcharge and on request) a car parking space, which is located directly in front of the house, can also be rented. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
