Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

Apartman je smješten na prvom katu i ima terasu sa pogledom na more. Opremljen je bračnim krevetom i ima kauč na razvlačenje. Na korištenje imate besplatan parking koji se nalazi pored kuće, također je dostupan i roštilj sa natkrivenim stolom koji dijelite sa ostalim gostima. U blizini se nalazi više plaža od onih za djecu do stjenovitih plaža opremljenih sa ljestvama za u more. Također u blizini je plaža za pse. Udaljenosti plaža je 2 - 10 minuta hodanja.

Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)
