One-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, laundry room, & bedroom which has a desk, king size bed, & spacious closet. A pack n play & a twin mattress are also available. We allow guests to enjoy our breezeway porch that has an outdoor fireplace & a view into the wooded backyard that extends for 12 acres. We are a four minute drive from our quaint Van Alstyne downtown, one hour from DFW airport, & near several wedding venues. EXCELLENT option for long-term stays!

This enchanting cabin, nestled in the trees, is all yours with a stunning view of the the lake from the living room or from the hot tub on the deck. The fireflies really do visit at dusk in the warmer months! The indoor space is wide open, cozy and very comfortable. KING SIZE Serta mattress, walk in shower with rain head, open kitchen with glass cook top, microwaveremote control fireplace, fire pit/charcoal grill, gas griddle, ample parking of truck and boat trailer, access to boat launch.

Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

We are located just outside the city limits on a country road with beautiful fields and a catch and release fishing pond. We have 2 acres with our home on 1 acre and the RV on the other acre. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and we are only 20 minutes from Lake Texoma. We have a hammock, a fire pit with chairs, and a Gazebo by the pond with a table for 2. Our goal is to create a place for you to rest, relax, and have fun!
