Great walking direct from the door, with views of the valley and river Swale. The Punch Bowl pub is within a 5 minute walk from the cottage and serves high quality food. Situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Barn@Graham House has far reaching views right across Swaledale and is the perfect location for quests, with or without a dog, wanting to relax and treat themselves to a romantic break or enjoy a fabulous walking holiday. Originally a barn/byre, The Barn@Graham House has been lovingly restored and converted into a unique self contained 1 bedroom holiday cottage whilst respecting its rural/industrial heritage.
East End Cottage is a 19th Century house which I have recently refurbished retaining many of the original features and adding a few of my own including a wall mounted log burner in the bedroom. The front windows over look the lawns and Penn Hill is in the distance. Carperby is a mile from Aysgarth Falls and perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Dales on foot, bike or by car. The Wheatsheaf Inn serves food and provides a takeaway service and there are local shops at Aysgarth and Askrigg.
