From here you can quickly reach the city and the airport, or take just a few steps through the garden gate to be on one of Hamburg’s most beautiful walking trails. Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms. A travel cot is available for small children if required. There is a free parking space in the carport. Unfortunately the accommodation is not barrier-free.

Auf unserem ehemaligen Milchhof zwischen Hamburg und Lübeck bieten wir diese eigenständige 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Deine/Eure Abenteuer in Norddeutschland an. Die ehemalige "Alte Milchkammer" war Teil der seit vielen Generationen hier auf unserem Hof betriebenen Land- und Viehwirtschaft. Nun ist sie als Ferienwohnung umgestaltet. Direkt vor der Wohnung kann man parken und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich circa 20 Meter entfernt.

Oase im grünen Alstertal

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem modernen Anbau von 65 m² , ist vollkommen barrierefrei und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum hellen und geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich ergänzt sich eine offene, vollausgestattete Küche. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett von 1,8/2,0 m und viel Schrankraum. Die Lage im grünen und ruhigen Alstertal mit Wanderwegen und Kanuverleih läd zur Entspannung ein. Zum S-und Busbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort ist die City in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem Einfamilienhaus. Diese hat einen separaten Eingang und ist ca. 35qm. Ich wohne selbst im Haus aber es sind zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten, die innen durch eine Schallschutztür verbunden ist, diese ist von beiden Seiten während einer Buchung verschlossen. So wie bei anderen Wohnungen auch, findet trotzdem eine Schallübertragung statt, sodass es ggf. zu „Stoßzeiten“ hellhörig sein kann. Info: Diese Unterkunft hat leider kein Fernseher.
