It has two bedrooms with 2 double beds. In living room there is a corner sofa bed. It has a very well equipped kitchen, and a dining table with 6 chairs.The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Appartment has a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. In addition, a SAT TV, free WiFi, Air-condition and one private parking place.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom dijelu Vrbnika i udaljen je tek nekoliko minuta od centra grada ( trgovine, pekarnice, restorana..) i nekoliko minuta od plaze. Klimatizirani prostor sastoji se od dnevnog boravka te potpuno opremljene kuhinje sa pecnicom i perilicom za sude. Na drugom katu nalaze se soba i kupaonica.
