Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Umgeben von den atemberaubenden Dolomiten und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Oberbozner Erdpyramiden und der St. Georg- und Jakobskirche entfernt, ist es der perfekte Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber. Mit der Mobilcard erkundest du Südtirol kostenfrei und genießt freien Eintritt in viele Museen. Ob Wandern oder Entspannen – hier erlebst du die Natur in malerischer Kulisse.

Sie suchen ein ganz besonderes „Zimmer“? Unser „Baumhaus“ im Loft-Stil bietet auf 40m2 eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und Geborgenheit und macht Ihren Urlaub zum Erlebnis. Viel Holz, natürliche Farben, in Südtirol handgefertigte Möbel prägen den schlicht- edlen (modern/elegant) Naturstil in unserem „Baumhaus“.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Florerhof Ferienwohnung Lavendel

At Florerhof in the village of Völs am Schlern, you will find the charming holiday apartment "Lavendel" in a popular holiday destination at the foot of the Seiser Alm at an altitude of 880 m. From the village, you enjoy a magnificent view of the Schlern and the Santner peak. The lovingly furnished apartment features a well-equipped kitchen-living room with a cosy dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Lovely flat surrounded by greenery, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath/shower (no bidet), living room, fully equipped kitchen. The flat is located in a very quiet and sunny area, 10 minutes by car from the village centre and the ski lifts. Ritten Card included in the price!

Lavendel Lanznasterhof

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit wunderbaren Blick auf den Schlern, Rosengarten und Latemar den Dolomiten Unesco Weltkulturerbe. Ebenerdig befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, im 2. Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz und ein geräumiges Bad mit Regendusche, WC und Bidet. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Wiese.
