Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

Shady V Ranch Cabin- Castell, Texas

The Shady V Ranch cabin is located 2 miles east of Castell on about 100 acres. Breathe the fresh, clean, crisp air. Now get ready to enjoy some fun time "UNPLUGGED". Cell service is limited and there is NO wifi provided on the property. This ranch has been in my family for over 100 years. My Grandfather (Henry Hasse) first bought the land in the early 1900's. We are excited to be able to share part of the Texas Hill Country and the beautiful Llano River. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Hill Country Tiny House + Pool Getaway on 10acr

Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the additional large patio and fire pit. Pets are welcome at your own risk. We have natural wildlife and our donkeys on the property. Keep them leashed at all times. Hope to host ya!

Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of wildlife just a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg.

Rauha Riverhouse

Welcome you to the Rauha Riverhouse (Finnish for peace). Located just west of Llano, TX, this is the perfect jumping off spot for hill country adventures or for a few days resting and enjoying the nature. This riverfront property offers direct access to the Llano river via a sandy beach. The trail to the river (vibrant with wildflowers in the spring) offers a firepit, cowboy pool and viewing deck complete with swings. We can't wait to share this piece of paradise with you!

Leaf Treehouse at The Meadow

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood.
