Modern apartment located on Congress Square in Ljubljana's Old Town, with a view of the river and the castle. We block 24 hours between bookings, so early check-in and check-out later than 1PM is usually possible. The 67m² space (720 sq. ft) that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, 2 small kitchens, comfortably accommodates 4 people. Parking Kongresni Trg is right below us. For longer parking, we recommend parking lot Mirje (13-min walk, ~12€/day) or Garage Trdinova(7 min walk)

The Hidden Home

The apartment has wonderful high arched ceilings. The main room is very comfortable with two windows facing the loggia. This gives the apartment a unique, slightly hidden character, which offers a quiet retreat right in the lively heart of the old town, yet completely hidden from the bustle of noisy city life. The house is located in the pedestrian zone on the riverside. Sunday mornings there is a market for antiquities in front of the house, turning into a local Christmas market all December.

CHARMING VACATION HOUSE Staying in the fary tale-like renovated house "Pr Zajc" by the Kokra river in Preddvor, will result in you feeling relaxed, pleasant and well rested. On the green garden you will be able to forget your every day troubles and worries and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. In the evening you can fix yourself a romantic picnic with a gas or wooden grill. On hotter days, you will be able to cool yourself off in the Kokra river, flowing beside the house.

Our apartment resides in the green peninsula with Spica park, right next to Ljubljanica river bank and offers stunning greenery views particularly weeping willows. It is one of the most iconic part of Ljubljana city offering relaxing holiday-like atmosphere, while located only a short walk from Ljubljana city centre. The route to centre is to walk the river bank pedestrian road for about 10-15min. Near the property there is a bar Spica offering nearby social environment.

Welcome to our wonderful, recently renovated apartment, which is located in the very center of the old part of Ljubljana (stara Ljubljana), on Ljubljanica river bank, on the third floor of the cultural heritage building Zois Palace. This is an excellent location for exploring the center and its attractions, you'll be in the heart of the action but far enough away from the noisy bar scene. Ljubljana caste, trendy riverbank restaurants and bars are within a walking distance.
