Nad basenem i zadaszonym tarasem słonecznym znajduje się zewnętrzna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona w lodówkę i grill oraz stół jadalny na 12 miejsc z widokiem na piękny krajobraz. Centralna kondygnacja składa się z salonu, jadalni oraz w pełni wyposażonej kuchni, a na tym samym poziomie znajdują się dwie sypialnie z łazienkami oraz dodatkowa łazienka. Ostatnie piętro składa się z trzech sypialni z łazienkami, dwie z trzech sypialni posiadają dodatkową sofę, która może służyć jako dodatkowe łóżko.

With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
