This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Includes en-suite, full kitchen, living/dining area, log burner, and private balcony with woodland views. Take advantage of direct access to our quiet lakeside and the winding woodland trails that surround the property. Accessed via private steep stairs (not suitable for those with mobility issues). But your will have the privacy of your own space The property is set behind electric gates and has lovely views of the Suffolk countryside. It’s 5 mins drive in to Bury st Edmunds our beautiful market town.
