House is open concept, 1,250 square feet, with an additional large screened in porch. Also has a large deck facing the lake. Bring your boat and other water toys! Well behaved pets are welcome.

It sits on 1 acre of lakefront property in a cove with its own floating dock and boat launch for fishing, swimming, and boating. It is less than a mile from the state park. The house has few stairs with a flat yard, a screened in porch, and a covered carport and patio. It's an open concept layout with a master bedroom and full shower, as well as 2 other bedrooms and full bath.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
