Welcome to Asila’s Ark, a characterful sailboat originally commissioned by an author in 1962. With an intriguing history, she has been lovingly restored complete with a king size bed (berth) in the bow locker, a fully equipped kitchen (galley), cozy lounge (mess), a toilet (head), and a shower from the stern, and makes for a perfect couple’s escape. Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, close to local amenities, within 30min on foot to the train station, town centre, Warwick Castle or Warwick Race course/Common and St Nicholas Park. There are two eighteen holes golf courses 5min drive away. It is easy access to the A46 by pass, Leamington/Kenilworth/Stratford-Upon-Avon/ Stoneleigh/ Coventry / M40 / Birmingham There are regular buses to go to Leamington etc...

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
