Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region. Lalla Flower Cottage is a beautiful country Tasmanian retreat with two cosy living spaces with wood fires, privacy and loads of charm.

The Crib

"The Crib" is a stand alone unit in a quiet cul-de-sac in Riverside, it shares a 1400 sq mt internal block with the main house. It has great views overlooking the Tamar River and Launceston. "The Crib" is a quiet, sunny relaxing self contained unit tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen consisting of good quality appliances, linens, comfy furnishings and smart t.v. Ideal for a single or a couple.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
