Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. The home is one level and includes two bedrooms, two full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus a Florida room overlooking the pool area. We do provide regular towels and beach towels. There are six Beach Chairs with two umbrellas and a cooler for the beach. There are extra blankets and pillows.
