This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. This self-contained apartment is situated at the cove end of Langs Beach and set on the first storey of a newly built holiday home but is completely private and perfect for a couple's getaway or a family or group of four.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Our beautiful kiwi style beach house is a short 5 minute walk to stunning white sandy Langs beach and 5 min drive to Waipu Beach. Waipu Beach has a safe estuary for kids to play, playground and a fabulous cafe. Relax on our large deck overlooking native NZ bush and birdlife after a busy day. We are close to cafe's, coastal walks, beautiful beaches and the Saturday Mangawhai markets. The Waipu Coastal Trail starts at the end of our street.
