Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
