We are steps away from the Belle River Marina + SUP & Sun (paddle board, tandem kayaks, canoe, pedal boats, and dinghy boat rentals).

Secluded hideaway in the “Venice of Detroit”! Perched right on the historic Detroit canal system, this urban tiny house is a cozy retreat for couples or solo adventurers. Whether you’re here to kayak, cast a line, or just kick back with a book and a breeze, you’ll find plenty to love. Located in one of Detroit’s most unique—and real—neighborhoods. This is a revitalization zone with character: some blight, sure, but also a strong sense of community, and a refreshingly diverse, welcoming vibe.

The "Weekend” House - where every day is a weekend

3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, with a large beautiful backyard overlooking Lake Erie. Enjoy the private beach & park, a 1 minute walk away and owned by the local family-friendly neighbourhood. Outdoor BBQ, firepit, loungers, lawn games, and pergola with awning. Ideally situated along "Wine County's" scenic drive, it's a short bike or drive to Kingsville's historic downtown, epic wineries, restaurants, breweries, boutiques, bakeries, cafes, golf courses, parks, & spas. 3-car driveway on-site.

Lakeshore Hidden Oasis (heated pool / jacuzzi)

Situé à Lakeshore, près de Windsor et Detroit, l'oasis parfaite pour un couple à la recherche d'une escapade tranquille. Un bain jacuzzi privé en fait l'endroit idéal en toute saison! La suite est entièrement équipée dont une cuisinette complète, Smart TV, etc. Il y a 1 BBQ privé à votre porte. Lors de votre séjour vous aurez accès, jour et nuit, à notre piscine d'eau salée. Ouverte de la mi mars au début novembre, elle est chauffée à 32°C (90°F). Le jacuzzi est accessible toute l'année.

Not suitable for swimming ,free launch 3 mins up the road. 7-10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock & electricity ,5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car , popular Musky and Bass fishing . 5 mins to 401 , Groceries, LCBO ,C Tire . 40 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , wine country .ABSOLUTELY No smoking, Vaping inside but OK outside
