Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Enjoy this one king bed, one bath cozy apartment on the second level of the old barn at Deepwell Farm, a 205 year old estate in lovely Wilmot, NH in the valley beneath Mount Kearsarge. The rustic exposed beams are a treat, while modern conveniences of a full kitchen and laundry can make any short to long-term stay enjoyable. A local pond with beach and amenities, and multiple hiking / biking trails await your outdoor adventures.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.
