Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Familien oder Gruppen bis zu 7 Personen. Du hast durch die Panoramafenster einen einzigartigen Blick auf den See. Der gemütliche Wintergarten mit Esstisch und Kaminofen lädt zu geselligen Abenden ein. Im Wohnzimmer und im Garten lässt es sich wunderbar chillen. Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Die Wohnung (50m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Wander- und Schiberg Gerlitzen. Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.
