Welcome to our home! We have upgraded our Garden (lower) Level to host travelers much like ourselves and long-term guests. The view of our backyard is incredible! You will find yourself lost in the country, yet less than ten minutes from all the excitement that Madison has to offer. Along with a private drive and entrance, you will have 1,000 square feet of comfort all to yourselves. This property is perfect for a quiet getaway we all need from time to time. Quiet, woodsy, neighborhood adjacent to Governor Nelson State Park. Completely painted and updated 7/25/24. Tiki level, pier, and kayaks for guest use. People love the views, the hot tub and woods. It is a 1929 cabin so many stairs, some indoor insects and limited space. Well behaved pets welcome!

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

Located on a quiet street along the Lake Loop bike path/Lake Monona, and close to Willy Street (0.3 mi), the Sylvee (1.1 mi), the Capitol (1.7 mi), Monona Terrace (1.6 mi), and Camp Randall (3.3 mi). Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
