The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Smith Mountain offers a 270 degree breathtaking view of Lake Martin. Dare Power Park includes a boat ramp, playground, walking trails, picnic areas, and a beach area.

Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.
