Located 3 miles south of Lancaster, we are 15-20 minutes within major attractions including Sight & Sound Theatre, Amish Country, Strasburg, and Lititz.

1700’s historic waterfront cottage

Be a part of history while staying on this waterfront property of the Ironmaster's Mansion. The two-story stone guesthouse, steps away from the mansion, was built in the year 1715. The timeless character of the home, paired with the peaceful property creates an escape that feels like you've gone back in time, all while being only 20 minutes outside of Lancaster City. The mansion was home to the first treasurer of the US, General Edward Hand’s daughter, and President Buchanan’s fiance.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.

Otis School House Studio

This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. The space is light and airy with furniture designed and made by East Otis Studio. Beautiful original artworks. Gorgeous Linen bedding for the best nights sleep! All this and only a 7 minute drive from downtown Lancaster whilst still feeling like you’re in the countryside.

This quaint little secluded cottage. Enjoy beautiful sunrises. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, turkey, rabbits squirrels, and plenty of birds. You can even hear bullfrogs croaking from the neighbors water garden. No pets allowed Enjoy staying among the beautiful countryside of Lancaster County Area attractions include- -turkey hill/enola low grade and Columbia northwest rail trails -site and sound theater -the Fulton theater -Lancaster Central Market

The Barn at Broadleaf Bend

Nestled in Lancaster County stands a magnificent 1750's Amish tobacco barn, thoughtfully transformed into a unique Airbnb experience. This historic structure, once the largest tobacco barn in the area, maintains its authentic charm while offering modern comforts. Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal at the bistro table. Please come and relax!
