A complete top-to-bottom remodel with nothing but the best furnishings on a beautiful lakefront property. Enjoy 2 enclosed porches, 2 family rooms with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and a Bar and pool table to just name a few items for family and friends to enjoy. The main family room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass on the entire back of the house to overlook the lake. The dock area has it all, including fire-pit, and 2 decks where you can tie off our row boat, and 3 person kayak. The lake is great for swimming because its so clean and absolutely crystal clear. The lake is great for boating as well and has great fishing for large and small mouth bass, pickerel, and sun fish for the kids to catch right off the dock. The house sleeps 16 with 5 Bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas (Queen and Full). We ordered the upgraded foam mattress on the queen sleeper so its extra comfy and not like your ordinary sleeper sofa. The master has a king bed, and there are 3 rooms with queen beds, and another room with a full-over-full bunk bed. The property is close to all the shopping areas and attractions including 5 miles to a grocery store, 5 miles to Mt Airy Casino, 8 miles to Kalahari Water Park, 12 miles to Camelback Mountain Ski and Water Park. House is equipped with high speed broadband wifi throughout house. There are 2 55 inch Smart TV's with Netflix already logged in waiting for movie night in either Family room, and Master bedroom. With so many different living areas inside and out, a large family or group of family's can truly spread out and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. Many local attractions, including rafting, hiking and biking trails. Community has a beach and pool, tennis courts and a children's play park with slides and swings.

Short term lease agreement needed Pool/Beach passes can be purchased daily at the front desk. swimming pool closes a few weeks after Labor day. No set date given. Ticket Price can also change at anytime. If reservation is cancelled 4 days prior to checking in there is a $40 non refundable fee.
