Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Lovely 4-room-apartment in 2-familyhouse with seperate entrance and free parking. The apartment is on the second and third floor. The neigbourhood is safe, green and idyllic close to Mariaplan/Slottsskogen/Central Gothenburg. The house is from 1923 and got lots of contempary details like wooden floors etc. Please note that there is a scaffolding on the gable of the house (exterior) since this side willl be repainted during april/may. No disturbing noise, not affect parking lot or entrance.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. En renoverad pärla från 20-talet. Huset ligger i hjärtat av mysiga Kungsladugård nära såväl city som Slottsskogen med ett fantastiskt utbud av djurpark, lekplatser, utomhusgym och kaféer. Gångavstånd till Mariaplan med stort utbud av restauranger, barer och butiker och en barnpool. Runt hörnet finns spårvagnen som tar dig in till stan eller ut mot skärgården. Även matbutiker finns precis runt knuten. Det perfekta boendet i lugn miljö men ändå nära stan, Botaniska trädgården eller havet.

If your more in to the archipelago the nearest tram is only 300m away and will take you directly there.

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.
