With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Casa Oliva - det finaste vi har byggt! Huset ligger centralt i Mölndal, i ett lugnt villaområde, nära Göteborg. Vårt nya Attefallshus på 30 m2 som heter Casa Oliva, är ett väldigt hemtrevligt litet hus som byggdes 2021 och är i superfint skick. Passar bl.a. dig som reser ensam, alt. er som besöker Göteborg på en par-weekend eller längre semester, eller den mindre familjen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You.
