Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien: de bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst, er is een omheinde achtertuin (het hek is 1.80 hoog) en een af te sluiten terras aan de voorkant. Net buiten het dorp Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), op loopafstand van ’t Veerse meer, ligt ons eenvoudige, maar complete vakantiehuisje. Het huisje staat los van ons eigen woonhuis en heeft een eigen ingang. U heeft de beschikking over een eigen toilet, douche en keuken. Daarnaast kunt u de openslaande deuren open zetten en heerlijk plaatsnemen op uw eigen terras of even tot rust komen in de hangmat. Door de locatie is dit een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en fietstochten.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Our cosy beach house in Zeeland can be rented to enjoy the Zeeland coast! This beach house has a unique location. The house is located on the water and 50 meters from the sea. From the garden you can see the masts of the sailing boats passing by and smell the salty sea air in the garden! You have a large private south-facing garden with an authentic Finnish infusion sauna, a nice hot tub and an outdoor shower. And then you can take a nap in the sun in the hammock by the water!

Het water staat ook in verbinding met het Haringvliet en het HD. Het huis is centraal gelegen voor een dagje Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) of het Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Ook gezellige stadjes in Zeeland zijn niet ver weg. De voor toeristen populaire stad Rotterdam is maar 25 minuten met de auto.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
