A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Modern new kitchen and appliances , new powerful air conditioning (not portable) and ceiling fan whilst keeping with the traditional wooden beams and stone walls. Only 20 metres from Komiza harbour/port that is lined with restaurants and bars and yet located In a quiet street away from the noise of the crowds and bars. Only minutes walk to the picturesque beaches within Komiza .

Purple haze

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. Our apartment is at the waterfront in a heritage 19th century former Austro-Hungarian port administration building in the heart of Vis's harbour. You will enjoy the breathtaking sea view, and will be in the best spot to watch the world goes by. All windows are double glazed to give you a good night sleep. We decorated the apartment in authentic oriental and period furnishings, and light fittings that we collected when we travelled. The doors, windows and floors are originals from 1882.

The Rudi Seaside Apartment

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

Ribarska House is private stand-alone accommodation, located on the beach in the centre of Komiža with unobstructed views of the sea and Bishevo island. Ribarska House consists of four separate bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all ensuite, which makes the house ideal for large families or a group of up to 8 people. There is also a large kitchen and private sea-facing terrace as well as an additional guest bathroom.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Pine forests, olive trees, blue crystal clear sea, and singing crickets are the treasures of this quiet bay. Being away from the crowds.
