The property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with an additional sofa bed in the living-room for one or two guests. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking. Close to the seafront, shops and local restaurants. Set on a service road for easy access, parking for 2 cars. The property benefits from a lively coastal location particularly in summer.

The Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.
